- Winner will be chosen by a random digital picker.

- Winner if not at the venue at time of draw will also be informed / announced by email / phone and announced upon the official Throttle Roll Website

- Bike collection to be arranged with Yamaha Motorcycles Australia

- Cannot be exchanged for the cash value

- Parent or Guardian must pick up bike if winner is a minor

- Registration is at winners expense

- Delivery to interstate or overseas is at winners expense

- All taxes and charges or import duties are the responsibly of the winner ( these costs will not be covered by the promoter of the raffle or the bike supplier )

- Yamaha Motorcycles Australia, the promoter of Throttle Roll, employees, and raffle ticket sellers at the event, and their immediate families are ineligible to purchase raffle tickets.

- The promotors of Throttle Roll shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

- The promotors of Throttle Roll and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit, except for any responsibility which cannot be excluded by law.

- Prize collection / delivery and any applicable insurances are the responsibility of the winner. If the winner does not claim the prize at the event Throttle Roll will make all efforts to contact them.

- If any prizes remain unclaimed for 1 year, Throttle Roll will deal with such prizes in accordance with the law.
